Refund Policy Update
7/20/2022
Effective immediately, no refunds, regardless of service type, will be granted. However, all monies will be made available as a credit in your account for 1 year to be used for other services, or as a gift certificate. We will be sure to send you notifications prior to the funds’ expiration date in order to allow you time to plan to use the credited funds. After the end date, the monies will be forfeited.
All consultation fees are non-refundable.
