Patient Referral Program in Montclair, New Jersey

Happy patients are undoubtedly our best source of new patients. Dr. Sheila Bond would like to thank her patients who refer their friends for surgery with a $500 credit toward a future plastic surgery procedure. Following are the guidelines for Patient Referrals:

• This program applies to new patients referred after January 1, 2020.
• The referred patient must use your full name when scheduling their consultation appointment.
• They must complete their surgery within 6 months of the initial consultation.
• We will credit $500 for each referral and all credits can be applied to a single cosmetic surgery over $2000.
• The $500 Bonus can not be combined with any other discount; it can be used for a future undiscounted surgery.
• Referral credit can be applied to Dr. Sheila Bond’s fee only; hospital and anesthesia costs are the patient’s responsibility.
• Credits can only be used for future surgeries; they cannot be applied as a payment on an outstanding balance from a previous surgery.
• Referral Bonuses are not transferable. They can only be used by the referring patient.
